Would I need to register one-off characters(Characters I only intend to show up for one RP, possibly killed off)? I kinda planned on making up some(including a leader of a faction of Phazon-crazed people, who were irradiated just long enough without treatment to develop Phazon sickness) characters for the First Contact(Might actually change the name) RP, maybe making profiles for characters if I decide they stick.
