Strengths: Has void and "neon" energy powers, is capable of lifting the weight of a couple cars with her mind and healing wounds, along with being immune to things like disease and poison.
Weaknesses: She is very much kill-able like anyone else, and other Psykers are capable of masking their signatures from her.
Likes/Dislikes: Cats(Owns one on her ship named Lil Meow), alcohol, messing with people with telepathy/Hearing thoughts that she isn't trying to hear, Federation cops, space pirates(The faction anyway. Freelance space pirates are a case by case basis, though she's immediately near-hostile to the race for a while.).

Equipment:
Void blade: A blade weapon designed to focus her energy into a knife, sword, or a whip. Comes out as a purple or pink energy blade, and is capable of firing "beams" of force.
Energy rifle(Name WIP): A rifle capable of shifting between sniper, assault, and shotgun configurations. Fires focused plasma rounds, or spreading plasma rounds depending on the configuration, and has a retractable holo-scope.
Dual plasma pistols: Pistols with a sort of revolver design that fire plasma rounds, don't require reloading but the cylinder rotates with every shot for cooling purposes.

Telepathy
Telekinesis: She is able to manipulate concussive force, sending out blasts of pure force, lifting objects, tossing them, releasing shockwaves, and other things like that. This is her default method of attack, and the main type of powerset she usually uses.
Gravity manipulation: Linked with telekinesis, she's able to do things like adjust how high she can jump, survive deadly falls, and even run on walls with enough focus, along with generating a small shield wall that can deflect ranged attacks. Augmented by an external force(Including something along the lines of Phazon exposure), she's even capable of flight.
Neon Energy: A power inherited from her Raisa parent, she is capable of converting her body to energy to move extremely fast(though leaving a very visible trail, not very good for stealth), firing lasers, energy missile barrages, and force blasts. Along with rearranging the particles of her body to heal wounds. Needs to charge it by absorbing energy, whether from lights or general power supplies.
Limited power copying: Is capable of "copying" natural/psychic powers by direct contact. The power only lasts about ten minutes and overrides her neon abilities. Lasts a day and is freely switchable if she acquires it from contact with an alien artifact.
Void whispers: Constant exposure to the void dimension has led to something creating a telepathic link to her, sometimes saying warnings to her or advice. It's not clear if this is actual otherworldly beings or some form of insanity, but it helps either way.
Mind crush: Is capable of overloading someones brain telepathically as a sort of stun, immediately knocking them out. Possibly destroying the brain if she goes too far with it, which is where the name came from. Only has the knockout/kill effect on unaware targets, a target knowing she's an active threat brings up enough mental guard for it to not be able to go further than a headache.
Augmented speed and strength: Is capable of actively boosting her physical abilities.
Regeneration: Has faster than average healing, with her being capable of focusing to fix her wounds faster. If she doesn't do this, she can heal major injuries in less than a week if she's stabilized(Not bleeding out or having vital organs completely destroyed).
Void Blades: She is capable of generating wrist and foot blades made out of pure void energy.
Retrocognition: If an area or object has a significant psychic signature, she is capable of seeing into the past. She often uses this to find out history of artifacts, and in some cases investigate crimes as a freelancer. If the "object" is a corpse, she is always capable of doing this.
Hallucination: She is capable of manipulating a single target's perception, doing things such as making them see things they fear to create a panic reaction, seeing their allies as enemies, or other things. She has used this to wipe out whole squads of enemies in the past by picking them apart.
Astral Projection: Projecting her mind in the form of a "spirit" projection. It has a strangely alien look to it, and she can actually solidify it to fight, though only through void powers and punching, and doing this makes it able to take damage from kinetic attacks(Power beam, missiles, etc). She can project it during combat to work as a combat partner, though damage to it is reflected on her. It does have a bit of armor to it which makes it work as a sort of shield, but it can be broken through with missiles.
Voidwalk: Instead of cloaking like other stealth agents, she shifts to another dimension temporarily, one where she can move much more quickly. She can only hold this for about 10-20 seconds before she gets pulled out, though it occasionally lets her get into areas she otherwise wouldn't have gotten to.
Portal: The ability to open dimensional portals, an entry point and an exit point. The portals are held open for about a few minutes before they have to shut if she's not focusing, though they can be freely reopened. She can open a portal within about 10 feet of distance, and if something gets caught between them before they shut it will be severed. As it's being materialized by her, the portals will not shut as long as part of her is inside one.
Singularity: Kevra's strongest ability, and the least consistent for her to be able to do. When in a particularly enraged mindset, she is capable of releasing a sphere of void energy that pulls almost any objects close to it, holding them there for about half a minute before releasing a massive explosion, while also causing her to float in the air due to her losing control over her gravity control.

Character History: Kevra was a mutant who was born on the jungle world of Zhar Konus, a hostile, mostly uncharted world, to a couple of treasure hunters(From a long line of them, infact) named Estella and Ranvus Tarik, who lived in a mansion hidden deep in the jungles of the world. They taught her now to fight and proper ways to climb, explore, and other things without getting herself killed, and they lived pretty comfortably. Exposure to an artifact they'd collected had altered her when Estella was pregnant with her, giving her supernatural powers.
At least until the place was assaulted by pirates looking for the large stash of ancient alien tech they were sitting on. Her parents were both killed, and she had to run off into the jungles and survive on her own, managing to evade and fight off pirates that she stumbled on, at least until she stumbled on a Federation colony city. With no money, she stumbled on a bunch of local criminals, recognizing one as her cousin Ciara, and was hired by one known as Silas Boreale.
She was brought into the organization known as the Diavolo, a criminal organization native to Zhar Konus. For a few years she worked with them, using her powers to work as an enforcer type, though she steered clear of messing with innocent people, mostly fighting rival criminals. One day she got caught and was given a prison sentence to a place with special accommodations for specially powered individuals(aliens with natural abilities that wouldn't be containable in a normal prison). There, she was given an offer to join the Federation's military as a special forces agent instead, an offer she took, though she was still contained at the facility. For about a couple years she worked alongside other convicts on more dangerous operations, where she reunited with Silas Boreale.
Kevra was trained to be an independent agent, doing various types of stealth missions, espionage, and assassination operations, working for them for about ten years, getting command of her own ship.
Then the Zhar Konus Space Pirate invasion happened. Her ship was working alongside a Federation fleet that was nearly wiped out by a space pirate fleet that she actually started the attack on against orders, severely underestimating the enemy(The plan was actually to just let them have the planet after seeing how big the fleet was, as it was unlikely they would ever actually find anything anyway). This move led to her and the crippled ships being abandoned by the surviving ships and left to die, which actually led to her current crew getting together.
Kevra engaged the still-functioning stealth systems on her ship to keep the space pirates from reading life signs to come in to finish her off, using a small undetectable shuttle to find survivors and working parts on the frigates nearby. After several months of this, her crew composed of her, Silas Boreale, and several others put her ship back together and took off to become independent mercenaries, abandoning the Federation like it abandoned them.
Since then, they picked up numerous people over the years in their crew of space adventurers, taking pretty much any job that both paid good money and was fun, while also hunting for alien relics and things like that.

Strength and speed enhancements past what Kevra can do with her psionics, though the suit interferes with her trying to use other powers. Rechargeable power cell lasts 48 hours, with emergency power for life support systems lasting two months. Has a music player.
