Death Of Oblivion. (post "Birth of a demon" RP, open until two more players join)

Talon sliced a few more Ing to pieces. "Come on, I thought they would put up more of a fight than this!" he said.

Meanwhile, Zereladra was cutting several Ing to pieces with her claws, impaling one of them with her tail and slamming it to the ground.

one of the warrior ing tries to possess Gene, he waits till the last second, then impales the ing through the eye with his bladed tail (of doom) and kills the ing.

Arisa is having trouble, as she is being overwhelmed by ten ing at once, and is not able to kill that many before they could kill her, even with her suit. she is staying in the protective atmosphere of a light crystal. (if you don't know, they can be energized by the annihilator beam to become beacons to the ing, but the ing die as soon as they touch them)

Talon looked toward Arisa and switched to annihilator beam mode, firing it at several Ing but accidentally hitting the light crystal. He was surprised to see it caused the Ing to walk into it and die instead of destroying it.

(You can also do the same thing with a light beam and dark beam, but it takes more shots)

((actually, the dark beam deactivates the beacon for a time, which you can scan which is the only reason to do it, and while the light beam energizes the crystal, the ing try to stay the fuck away from it. believe me, I've played and beaten the game one hundred percent, I know my stuff about MP:2E. I've gotten to the second to final boss on hard mode as well, mutated emperor ing, and that's the place that I die. on HARD mode, the capitalization was emphasizing not yelling, personally I think that is kind of cool.)) "Thank you Talon." Arisa says before attacking another one with the charged light/plasma fusion beam.

Gene is having no trouble killing ing, despite being in the atmosphere, which still harms him, he is slashing at one, and has impaled three on his tail. the ing find out to stay away from the tail when one of them tries to sneak up behind him and the tail lashes out, cutting the ing, and then extends to it's full length...right through the ing's body. this impaling, needless to say, killed the ing in question hard.

(Well the dark crystal doesn't really attract them, but it makes it so that they have more of a chance of getting in the radius for you to light beam the fuck out of it. I remember doing this a lot.)
Talon slashed several other Ing Warriors to pieces, clearly having fun with killing these things.

((I hate it when the fucking site does not get my post in after I try to post it. I click the back button and the site goes "FUCK YOU, YOU DON'T GET TO MAKE THIS POST, HA HA!" which makes me want to stab the person who made forumotion in the face with Gene's tail. unless it was rildok, then I just want to ask him to fix that problem.)) then the ing found out what the small extension on Gene's right shoulder was: a powerful plasma cannon that fired corrosive plasma shots. Gene began firing rapidly, killing ing quickly. While he was doing this, he was also impaling ing in a line on his tail, making his tail a "necklace", with ing as the ornaments. Gene removed the cover for his mouth and jumped onto one ing, then bit it. the ing died from having it's brain bitten out. Gene then replaced the cover and slashed one ing mortally while his tail was on it's way to impale another ing in the face horribly. he continued to fire from the cannon on his shoulder and impale ing, but he was being slowly pushed back.

Arisa was firing at ing quickly killing them with ease. She was firing her light/plasma and dark/ice fusion beams in an alternating pattern, killing some ing quickly and easily, freezing some to be shattered shortly after by a missile. but despite killing ing quickly and easily, she was being slowly pushed back by them. the ing were closing around the group in a circle that was rapidly constricting around them. Like a hangman's noose.

Talon spun his pistols as he switched them to light beam mode, firing several shots at them and killing them quickly, trying to slow them down.

the ing found out that it is a bad idea to cut Gene shortly after Talon began firing light beam shots from his pistols. one of the ing made a swipe that Gene could not dodge, and his arm got cut. the ing's claw was corroded almost instantly from the powerful acid that makes up Gene's blood, and nearly ten whole ing get hit by the blood squirting out from the small wound, which closes quickly and heals because of the suit, and have their bodies corroded into death. they don't even become puddles of goo, as even that becomes gas from the acid working on it. Gene continues to slash and impale ing with his tail, while clawing at ing with his hands and feet.

Arisa looks at Gene quickly, seeing him get cut and then his blood spray out and hit nearly ten ing and them die, then she shrugs and turns back to her part of the fight, which was proving difficult. she fired quickly, without giving the enemy ing a break, but still they pushed her back from sheer numbers alone. "Talon! What do we do?! they're going to kill us!" Arisa yells over the sounds of battle.

"Let's get back to one of those crystal things, I'll annihilator beam it again," Talon suggested as he ran for one of the crystals, realizing he wouldn't be able to kill these many Ing.

Arisa ran to the light crystal, which had stopped being energized by light and dark energy, and hopped into the protective field. Gene stayed where he was and kept fighting the ing with his tail and claws and, when they cut him, his blood.

Talon fired an annihilator shot straight into the crystal, watching as lots of the Ing charge suicidally into the beacon, killing them instantly.

Gene dealt quickly with the few remaining ing, slashing and impaling them all in short order, then he ran quickly to the crystal and jumped into the safe area. he nearly landed on Arisa. "HEY! Watch where you jump whoever you are!" Arisa exclaims, then tells Gene. he nearly screeches that his name is Gene, but then thinks better of it because he knew that she could not understand him in the least.

"That was fun to watch," Talon said with a grin, referring to the Ing charging into the beacon. "So where should we go now?" he asked.

Zereladra was still killing the Ing, her speed and strength keeping her from being possessed at all. Any attempts to possess her are quickly met with them being ripped to pieces.

Gene waited for a few minutes in the healing light of the light crystal, as he did not have protection from Dark Aether's corrosive atmosphere aside from the protection from corrosion that his exo-skeleton naturally grows to withstand his acid blood. and while that protected him from a portion of Dark Aether's atmospheric damage, it could not stop all of it, despite the necessary durability his exo-skeleton needed to block damage from his blood being more than that which would be needed for the atmosphere if it was only damage, his exo-skeleton was not "built" to withstand dark energy, which is what Dark Aether's atmosphere contains large quantities of.

Arisa proceeded to try and give Talon a hug while Gene rested and healed from the damage he took while fighting.

Talon let her hug him, hugging her back before sitting down next to the crystal. "Think this crystal protects enough for me to take my suit off for a bit?" he asked.

"Yeah. I think it does Talon." Arisa says. ((didn't the phazon in him allow him to create a protective shield?))

Gene watched as the two conversed, of course he could understand every word, but he was still somewhat confused as to what they were talking about. Why worry about the atmosphere in this protection and healing light?

(He doesn't know that, he only knew that in the continuity where he actually went to Dark Aether. That was a noncanon RP.)

Talon deactivated his suit, leaning against the crystal stand a little.

Then suddenly Zereladra flew into the same shield too. "Those dark thingies are so fun to kill!" she said with a giggle.

Gene looked at her for only a second before curling into a small ball like a cat might, then resting himself more.

"Hello." Arisa says, not knowing the Demon's name.

"Hi," Zereladra said to her with a smile, sitting down in the beacon and playing with her tail.

Talon looked toward Zereladra. He was still a bit confused about whether to call her a robot or a cyborg.

"Umm...What's your name?" Arisa asks the Demon, wondering what to call her.

Gene was imagining being on earth, killing flocks of sheep and eating them. then the farmer came, and he impaled the farmer and ate him too. then the farmer's wife. and then the son. and finally the daughter. then he became a sheep for some reason. (yes, he fell asleep and became a sheep fused with what he really is.)

"Zereladra," she said as she played with her claws, scraping them on the ground to get Ing-stuff out of them.

Talon played with his knife as he watched Arisa and Zereladra talking, wondering if he would have to fight Zereladra.

"That's an...interesting name." Arisa starts, then says "It's nice to meet you again Zereladra."

Gene is now quite confused. he had never been a sheep before. then the farmer came out and said "It's time for you to become dinner Gene. This is what you get for killing my real sheep." then Gene's creator came in and killed the farmer and said "Having fun?" and then Gene woke up. Gene stretched then managed to look confused despite having no facial features other than a mouth, which was made for use in battle, not conveying emotions. Gene prepared to leave and collect the Dark keys so that they could destroy the Dark world. he then saw that the others were talking.

Talon activated his Powersuit again, starting to get up and get ready to go to wherever it was they had to go.

"What's your name?" Zereladra asked, playing with her tail again.

"My name is Arisa Gen-te. My brother is Chris Gen-te." Arisa answered Zereladra "Unless you were asking..him?" She says, pointing to Gene, who had just finished getting up, and was therefore the main action person right that second. Gene "looks" over at them as much as one can when one has no eyes, and then moves to where he remembers his creator telling him the first key in the Dark world was.

Talon just followed the Gene thingy, figuring it would lead him to wherever he had to go. Zereladra just followed Talon with a shrug, not really sure where to go.
