Death from below (post "Death of oblivion" RP)

Talon fired several shots at Hailer with his nova beam right before Arisa tried to tackle him, not knowing if they were supposed to capture or kill him.

Hailer was able to dodge the nova beam shots, but in doing so leaving his defenses down for the tackle to go through. Hailer got knocked to the ground and hit with quite a lot of force due to the weight of his equipment. He kangaroo kicked Arisa off of his chest before she could actually pin him and then made a massive blast of heat upwards to melt the ice, and subsequently jumped up and through, using his right scythe to hold himself from falling over and back into the pit before he could get up. Arisa jumped up after him and Samus followed, the former still just trying to capture him, and the latter trying to capture and then torture him to death. Samus was still in an amazingly bad mood right then.

Talon chased after Hailer, wanting to torture him to death too. Not because he was pissed off at him(Though he was a bit pissed that this guy just kicked his wife) but just for the fun of it.

Hailer was running like hell, hoping that his pursuers didn't start shooting at him with energy weapons. matter based ones he could handle, but not energy based ones. as a "distraction", obstacle really, Hailer began making walls in his pursuer's path/s in hopes of slowing them down. Samus shot through them with super missiles though, so the walls didn't do much good. Arisa muttered under her breath "Damn, she is really pissed off at him." while still running after Hailer, probably just ahead of Talon for now.

Talon kept chasing after Hailer, firing several nova beam shots charged with Phazon from both pistols, grabbing any intact ice shards/icicles and throwing them at him telekinetically. More as a distraction and to annoy him than to damage him, but if it damaged him that was a bonus.

Hailer would stop for two seconds at a time to kick the icicles away from himself and then would return to running. the surface of Arcterra was not exactly one he could easily hide on, but the tunnels inside it were, so that is where he was going towards. "GET BACK HERE!" Samus screams, still following Hailer. Arisa is following, but most of her attention is focused on how angry Samus seemed at that time, and it was scaring her. she decided to get herself and Talon out of there as soon as they were done with the mission so as to remove two more targets for Samus to focus her irrationally large amount of rage upon. Hailer was focused mostly on getting away, but distractions were important too, so he made a fake him and sent it running down a path to the right while he took the left path. Samus chased after the fake, just following the easier to get one while Arisa followed the real one, knowing which one was real. "One down, two to go." Hailer thought to himself.

Talon followed the one Arisa followed, firing several shots at him as he followed. "Never seen her this pissed before," he said as he kept throwing random ice chunks at Hailer.

Arisa continued running after Hailer while Talon was doing his icicle throwing, and Hailer was dodging or cutting to pieces the icicles before they hit home. Samus meanwhile was still chasing after the fake Hailer and failing to catch and or kill him.

Talon charged at Hailer while he was distracted with dodging and cutting the icicles, firing a barrage of nova beam shots at him as he charged an explosive blast of Phazon into his hand, firing it from one of his pistols.

Hailer concentrated the water vapor into a wall by reducing the heat in one area to an all time low, aside from absolute zero, thus the wall blocked the nova shots, but only barely. the wall was very obviously nothing more than a distraction, not made to stop anything for long. Arisa was on the side nearest to Hailer though, so after calling "I'm going to keep trailing him." to Talon, she got back to running after Hailer. "Two down, one to go." Hailer ticked off in his head, then took a side path leading into the cave system proper of Arcterra. he began sending out small blasts made out of heat and electricity combined that acted similar to missiles, creating explosions at the ceiling that caused cave-ins but Arisa continued on by blocking them with small bars made out of neutral energy. Talon would have easily been able to get through seconds before Hailer and Arisa entered the system proper, so would probably be chasing, but might not have been. ((I'm saying it is possible, but not anything in specific is being said. I'm not doing a forced action here, for all I know, Talon is running straight up a wall using his glove an boot upgrade just for the fuck of it.))

Talon ran through the ice wall, shattering it instantly without breaking momentum as he kept running after him. He dove through the cave-ins, avoiding them and rolling into the cave system.

Hailer had taken one of the many right path's, the one leading to where the battle hammer had once resided actually, but not taking it all the way. he did not intend on getting caught, and following a set path was almost sure to make that happen. he began making ice walls behind him, and making new paths and re-freezing them over after he had gone through them, making a very very large maze for his opponents to run through.

Samus was still chasing the fake Hailer, running him down quite quickly. until she got a lucky shot that is, then the fake dropped to the ground, not being able to sustain it's body after being holed anywhere. "Damnit! it's not him!" Samus screams, then runs back and retraces her steps...quickly.

"This guy's starting to annoy me," Talon said as he kept breaking through ice walls, not sure which path to take. "Which way should I go, Arisa?" he asked, smashing through another ice wall with his shoulder.

"Ummm... I can't find the path, he left a trail over each and every one of them." Arisa said, worried. Hailer was running through a new fork in the maze road, this one crossed under the path Talon and Arisa were on, so she felt an increase in dengoroth spirit energy, but not a path to take to catch him.

Samus was running quite quickly now, she had activated her speed booster a while back and was using her grappling beam to turn hard corners. things were not going in her favor right now, but the blips on her radar would lead her somewhere at least, so she followed them.

"I knew I should have put flamethrowers in this thing," Talon said, wanting to just melt all the ice in his path. He ran down a random path, not knowing where to go as he used his speed booster, running on the walls of the path for no reason other than because it seemed fun, leaving melted footprints on the wall.

"Um...okay, but that isn't helping us much honey." Arisa says, trying to find Hailer's specific energy signature so that she could try and melt through the ice with Talon's help and catch their target. Hailer was running as fast as he could, but that turned out to be a bad thing, as he ran straight into Samus, knocking both of them down on their asses. Hailer held his head to close the split in his head, then saw that he had run directly into Samus, who was also holding her head, and he picked himself up, not literally, and began running away.

Talon was using the melted footprints as a way to know his way back, still searching for their target as he jumped off the wall, jumping on the other one and still running, playing with his pistols in midair.

"Honey, he went that way." Arisa said and pointed north, north, northeast (between north and north northeast). Hailer was still running quickly, but at this point Samus was chasing him directly, so he was coming closer to being screwed horribly every second (and I'm not talking the reproductive byproduct either, he is in deep shit). Arisa sensed Hailer moving further away with each passing second, so began shooting the walls with her fusion heat beam.

Talon moved back toward Arisa, still speed boosting as he tried shinesparking toward where Arisa was shooting, trying to help destroy the ice walls.

With both Talon's speed booster and Arisa's powerful heat based beam, the wall began going down almost immediately, the going would be quick. Hailer was still running full speed from the enraged Samus, so did not exactly have time to take winding roads at that point. he was simply making his own road using a heat wave in front of him, but only directly in front.

Talon started to run through, trying to find Hailer quickly, getting tired of chasing him. Not really tired, but annoyed. He held his swords in a way that makes cuts in the ice walls next to him, leaving a marker so that he could know the way back.

Arisa moved straight at Hailer with Talon, but they weren't his problem right then. Hailer needed to find a way to escape Samus long enough to disguise himself as someone else, but he could not see any single way to get away for any time out of her sight. he was not exactly happy about that.

"Can I kill this guy?" Talon asked, still running through the tunnels as he moved toward Hailer, spinning his swords as he went.

"Does the assignment say to kill him? or to capture him?" Arisa asks (capture would be the answer if I didn't already say kill...or a "one or the other" thing).
((I'm leaving for some lunch, be back in a while, probably not a long one, but one none the less))

"It says either or, I think. Well we'll find out later," Talon said as he kept following, trying to find their target.
